DMCA Policy

Designated Agent
TECHMANUAL LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA):

Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available through techmanual.ai infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the service (e.g., the URL of the specific page or document).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send completed notices to [email protected]. Notices that do not include all required elements may not be acted upon.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content was removed from techmanual.ai as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which techmanual.ai may be found).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
Send counter-notices to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
TECHMANUAL LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will disable the API access of any account that has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
